Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as an Independent Pet Care Provider on Olivcare, individuals must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years old; Olivcare does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register or provide pet care services on the platform.
  • Be legally eligible to work in their jurisdiction and comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing youth employment;
  • Successfully complete any mandatory registration or onboarding processes required by Olivcare;
  • Adhere to Olivcare’s policies, including limitations on hours of work and parental consent requirements where applicable.

Olivcare’s Role and Disclaimer of Liability.

Platform for Connections Only

Olivcare operates solely as a neutral platform connecting Dog Owners and Independent Pet Care Providers. We do not employ or manage Pet Care Providers, nor do we oversee the specific services they provide. All agreements and arrangements are made directly between the Dog Owner and the Pet Care Provider.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Independent Pet Care Providers are self-employed individuals who offer their services independently. Olivcare does not supervise, train, or control their activities and disclaims any liability arising from their conduct, qualifications, or services provided.

User Responsibilities

Dog Owners must ensure their dogs are suitable for the services booked and comply with all applicable local laws, including leash and vaccination requirements. Pet Care Providers must perform services professionally and in compliance with all relevant laws.

Information Olivcare Collects

Olivcare may collect the following categories of personal information to provide and improve our services:
